Sleep Like a Cloud
Gentle routines for longer, calmer nights.
Start with a simple routine
Babies thrive on predictability. A short, repeatable routine โ dim lights, fresh diaper, pajamas, a song โ tells your little one that sleep is coming. Keep it under 15 minutes and do it in the same order every night.
Watch for sleepy cues
Rubbing eyes, staring into space, sudden fussiness โ these are your baby's way of saying "I'm tired." Putting baby down at the first cues is much easier than waiting until they're overtired.
Make the room sleep-friendly
Cool, dark and quiet wins. Blackout curtains, a comfortable room temperature and a white noise machine can add surprising stretches to naps and nights.
Day and night are different
Keep daytime feeds bright and chatty, and nighttime feeds calm and boring. This helps your baby's body clock learn the difference in the first months.
Be gentle with yourself
Every baby is different, and sleep changes constantly in the first year. If something stops working, it's not failure โ it's just a new phase. You've got this.
