30-day happiness promise

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know. We'll offer a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.

Send us a photo through the contact page and we'll sort it out right away. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

For hygiene reasons, opened feeding items can't be returned unless they're faulty. If you're unsure, just ask us first — we're friendly.
